I've spent the last 12 years recruiting for some of the most dynamic and innovative tech companies worldwide. I pride myself on my expertise in identifying and securing top talent across a broad spectrum of business environments, from agile start-ups to large, corporate enterprises. Specialising in go-to-market roles, including Sales, Post-Sales, and Marketing.

 

My passion for the tech industry and a keen eye for talent have enabled me to build high-performing teams that thrive in today’s competitive market.

I live in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire with my wife Hannah and two dogs Remy & Nala. At the weekend, you'll mostly find me watching Spurs or grilling on the BBQ.

I have now spent over 15 years in various recruitment and talent roles, encompassing a variety of industries, recruiting across a huge number of specialisms, filling roles across the UK, Europe and the US and holding management roles in internal talent acquisition, embedded and agency recruitment.

 

I pride myself on an extremely consultative and efficient recruitment process that results in a high quality journey for both candidates and hiring managers alike. I believe in a clear and fuss-free approach to recruitment and in the importance of honesty throughout any process.

 

I am based in Thame, Oxfordshire where I live with my wife Sarah and our two children Freddie and Billie. I'm a very average golfer, Spurs fan and part-time youth football coach.
