We are able to work any role on a no win, no fee contingency basis. This high quality service will include full management of the recruitment process, including in depth screening of all potential candidates, advertising, applicant management, shortlisting, diary management and full management of all candidate communication.
This service involves no upfront costs and a fee will only ever be due if and when we are successful in placing a candidate into your role. This can be an extremely cost-effective method for employers, we will also handle the time-consuming aspects of the hiring process, allowing employers to focus on their core business activities.
In addition, preferential rates are offered for any role that we work on an exclusive basis.
Retained
For executive level or highly specialised roles, we are able to offer a retained service to our clients. In this instance, OJ Digital would work exclusively for our client, dedicating our resources and expertise to finding the best candidates. This exclusivity ensures a deep understanding of our client’s needs, culture, and goals.
The retained service would include a team dedicated purely to that particular client. The team would conduct an in-depth search, leveraging their network, industry knowledge, and using advanced search techniques.
